This website is run by JASLA OÜ (registry code 17095697, VAT EE102984532), Võru tn 55f, 50111 Tartu, Estonia. The way to reach us is WhatsApp at +372 54 59 6098.
The site shows our menu, prices, opening hours and location. There is no order form, no account system, and no database. We do not collect or store any personal data through this website.
Orders on Wolt or Bolt Food are handled by those platforms under their own terms. Weekend WhatsApp orders are confirmed once we reply and accept them. We may decline an order, for example if an item is sold out, it is outside opening hours, or the address is outside our delivery area.
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but they can change, and the price confirmed at the time of your order applies. Prices on Wolt and Bolt may differ from the prices shown here.
Payment is made in person, to the driver on delivery (cash on delivery), or through the ordering platform. We do not collect or store any card details.
Free weekend delivery is available within Tartu city on WhatsApp orders of 35€ or more. Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so we can reach you.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Because food is made fresh to order, we may not be able to cancel once preparation has started.
Catering and large or custom orders are arranged individually. Details, quantities, price and timing are agreed with you directly before the order is confirmed.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, sesame and nuts, so cross contamination is possible. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering. Allergen information for individual dishes is available on request.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Estonian consumer protection law. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
