We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details on this website, and there is no form that sends those details to us. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how the site is used. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and may use first-party analytics cookies. Google processes this information on our behalf. The site also saves your chosen language in your browser on your device.
The way to contact us is WhatsApp. If you message us, that conversation lives inside WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. We do not copy your messages into any system of our own, and we clean up our WhatsApp chats regularly, so we do not keep a lasting record of your messages or your number.
If you order through Wolt or Bolt Food, you give your details to that platform, not to us. Each platform handles your data under its own privacy policy. We only receive what is needed to prepare and hand over your order.
We keep no customer database or customer records submitted through this website. The website files are served by our hosting provider, Netlify, and analytics information is processed by Google.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. If you have a question or want to exercise a right, message us on WhatsApp and we will help. Under the GDPR you also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
